Ages 4 & 5 (Pre-Schoolers) 45 minutes of instruction,
then 30 minutes for cake and opening gifts. 1 hour and
15 minutes total party time.
School Age (K-up) 1 hour of instruction and 30 minutes
for cake and opening gifts. 1 1/2 hours total party time.
What GymSouth provides Invitations, liability waivers,
Coaching staff, table set up and clean up, special 'happy'
for the Brithday child.
What you provide Tablecloths, papergoods, cake, ice
cream, drinks, decorations (within limits), children!
Cost $15.00 per child (minimum 8, to 20 children). Any
number going over 20 will be $10.00 each. $25.00 clean
up fee. To book your party, 1/2 of the total party must be
paid up front and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If all of your
party-goers do not show up, you are still responsible for
the full amount agreed to.
Liability Waivers must be signed by each parent of each
child attending the party (even if they are GymSouth
students) or they will not be allowed to participate.
